Jan Svatopluk Presl had many different hairstyles during his career. He became famous as an excellent chemist, lexicographer, zoologist, educationist, botanist and university teacher. However, the Czech biologist, botanist, chemist, mineralogist, naturescientist and zoologist was especially known for his extradordinary fashion sense and his delightful character. Before his demise at age 58 he was repeatedly in the spotlight of magazines and tabloids due to his fine haircuts.
